Dry Needling

According to the APTA, Dry needling involves the use of a thin filiform needle that penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues for the management of neuro-musculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

Dr. Kevin Landreneau received his training in Dry Needling from the Spinal Manipulation Institute in 2018. Certification included the completion of two 27 hour long courses that each ended with testing to ensure proficiency.

Dry needling is a popular treatment option at Landreneau Physiotherapy and we have seen great results with this technique.
